I remember how business roared back with even a modest tax cut, under Reagan. Do you have anything in there to cut taxes on elderly retirees? Or, perhaps, with the reduction in their income, it will be automatic. Would be great to attract more retirees to our state. Our proposal keeps the $300 cap on vehicles. There was much debate over that and at one time it looked like we would propose moving the cap to $1200 and using the extra dollars to lower the overall rate.
